Prices are equal for all the soap types, except Donkey Milk soap, Camel Milk soap and Shampoo Bar.
Our Donkey Milk soap and Camel Milk soap contain real donkey milk and camel milk. That’s true luxury soap types with a high percentage of milk. They are great for all skin types, especially for dry and sensitive skin, and have great anti-aging properties from reach in vitamins and nutrients donkey and camel milk.

Bar Size And Dims
Our standard bars are 100 and 110 gr, with the dims 7cm x 7cm x 2cm and 9cm x 7cm x 2cm. Since our soaps are handmade, bars weights and dims can vary a bit.
Ingredients
We create our own soap recipes with natural olive oil, coconut oil, castor oil and other ingredients like goat milk, honey, oatmeal, essential oils. Our formulas are designed to solve common skin problems and to perfectly clean skin without overdrying.
We have two options for soap:
- standard (with palm oil and with or without fragrance);
- palm oil free (with or without fragrance).
We use sustainable palm oil. Some brands prefer to market their soap as palm oil free, especially vegan brands. We offer both options. Palm oil free option is a bit more expensive (since we need to substitute comparatively cheaper palm oil with more expensive coconut oil and other oils in soap formula, and the curing time in our stock is longer). The curing time for palm oil free soap is twice longer than for standard soap. While standard soap with palm oil is longer lasting.
Our fragrances are high quality, but they are not natural. Fragrance in soap makes about 1-2% of the soap. Using fragrance in soap is optional. We can make fragrance-free soap, but the scent will be comparatively weak. If you prefer scenting with natural essential oils, we can use only the following essential oils for scenting: Orange oil, Cinnamon oil, Lavender oil, Lemon oil, Tea Tree oil, Rosemary oil and Daphne oil. The following soap types don’t contain fragrances anyway: Daphne soap, Lavender soap, Lemon soap, Nettle soap, Orange & Cinnamon soap, Rosemary soap, Tar soap, Tea Tree soap.
The ingredients of soap: coconut oil, olive oil, palm oil (We use sustainable palm oil. You can choose palm oil free option.), sunflower oil, castor oil, cottonseed oil, water, sodium hydroxide + as relevant by type essential oils / activated charcoal / cinnamon / turmeric powder / milk (goat, donkey or camel) / oatmeal / honey + fragrance (optional).
Shampoo bar ingredients are a bit different: coconut oil, olive oil, castor oil, sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, sesame oil, palm oil, aloe vera oil, flax seed oil, water, sodium hydroxide, fragrance (optional).
We don’t use any colorants in our soap. All of the color patterns in our natural bars come from the natural ingredients used in the soap: cinnamon, honey, turmeric, herbs, poppy seeds, dried vegetable powders, tar, black cumin, dry orange, wine, oatmeal.
Production Method
We make our handmade soaps with cold process technique, which means we don’t heat oils for hours and we retain the natural properties of oils in the soap. We use sodium hydroxide (NaOH, lye) for saponification of the oils during the soap making process. All real soap is made with sodium hydroxide. According to the FDA, “to be regulated as “soap,” the product must be composed mainly of the “alkali salts of fatty acids,” that is, the material you get when you combine fats or oils with an alkali, such as lye”, and “those “alkali salts of fatty acids” must be the only material that results in the product’s cleaning action”. Our soap is made by mixing oils (fatty acids) with sodium hydroxide (alkali) under special conditions, and our soap does not contain any additional synthetic detergents that could result in the cleaning property. Our soap is a true soap that helps perfectly clean skin. With our private label soap you will be able to offer your customers a really helpful healthy product, that they’ll be grateful for.
Vegan And Palm Oil Free Soap
We offer private label vegan palm oil free soap. That natural soap contains a higher percentage of coconut oils and other herbal oils in its formula, than our standard soap. It’s a perfect skin care product for vegan brands and people caring about the environment.

Scented And Fragrance Free Soap
One of the first things people do when buying soap is smelling. You can choose if to use fragrance in your soap bars to add a charming scent to the soap that your customers can enjoy during shopping and shower time. We use high quality fragrances for our soap. Fragrance in soap makes only about 1-2% of the soap.
But if your brand is focused on all natural skin care and your customers are interested in fragrance free products, we can make fragrance free soap for your brand. You can order any of our soap types as fragrance free.
We can keep soap fragrance free and scent soap only with the following natural essential oils: Lemongrass oil, Orange oil, Cinnamon oil, Lavender oil, Lemon oil, Tea Tree oil, Rosemary oil and Daphne oil. The following soap types don’t contain fragrances anyway: Daphne soap, Lavender soap, Lemon soap, Orange & Cinnamon soap, Rosemary soap, Tar soap, Tea Tree soap.

We are GMP and ISO certified. Our manufacturing process complies with the international standard of good manufacturing practices (GMP). That is proven by ISO 22716:2007 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications achieved by our company. Which means our manufacturing, storing, packaging, testing and transportation processes meet the highest international standards in the cosmetics manufacturing industry.
We have a Certificate of Free Sale, issued by the Ministry of Health in Turkey. The Certificate of Free Sale is evidence that our soap is legally sold or distributed in the open market, freely without restriction, and approved by the regulatory authorities in the country of origin (Turkey). That certificate is needed in some countries for import.
We send soap with MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for each soap type, containing the qualitative and quantitative information on soap formula.
We follow INCI (International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients) when listing ingredients for labels.

Private Labels And Soap Boxes
We offer two options for private label packaging: paper sleeves or boxes. All of the designs should be prepared on your side, in a CorelDraw file or PDF. We’ll provide a template and the dimensions of soap bars. We’ll send you the ingredients list in INCI and barcodes for your designs. You can use your own barcodes on your designs. Designing labels on your side gives you the control over your branding and the final look of the packaging.
1. Private Label Paper Sleeves
The minimum order quantity for paper sleeves is 500 bars. You can order a mix of different soap types within that amount. We use kraft paper for sleeves. If you are interested in the colored version on the kraft paper colors are usually pale. Please, contact us, if you need some different paper options and coloring with the detailed description. We can make it in a printing house. In this case MOQ could be different, depending on the printing house requirements.
2. Private Label Boxes
The minimum order quantity for boxes is 3000 bars. You can order a mix of different soap types within that amount. The cost of boxes depends on the amount printed.
Usually, our long time customers print boxes in advance in larger amounts to minimize the boxes cost. While the printed boxes for a brand are stored in our factory, and we use them for packaging upon new orders. We can provide your brand with the same service to minimize the boxes cost per order.
We will need your designs in a CorelDraw file (preferably) or PDF. If you use any special fonts on the labels or boxes, please, don’t forget to send the fonts to us as well.
If you don’t need any labels at all and are going to label soaps yourself after receiving, we can send soap bars without packaging.
Your Business Information On The Labels
You can add the business details you need (address, phone, website, social media, slogan, etc.), as well as additional text and well written (on your side) nice descriptions for each soap type.
We usually place the following details to the packaging: ingredients, production date, use by date, soap type, a mention that soap is natural and handmade, manufacturer (can be changed to your brand name), manufacturing address (can be changed to your business address), weight, serial number, barcode.
Handling Time
We start production with 50% prepayment. The production time depends on the order amount. For small orders of 500-2000 bars it takes a week to produce the soap. After the production is finished, natural cold process soap must cure. It takes 3-4 weeks for soap with palm oil to cure before shipping. And for palm oil free soap the curing time is longer: 6-8 weeks to cure before shipping. It usually takes a few days more to label the soap, depending on the order amount. So, the handling time depends on the soap (with palm oil or palm oil free) and the order amount. To get the exact estimates, please, send us a detailed message about the soap you need and the order amount.
Shipping Options And Delivery Time
We only ship to all the countries in the European Economic Area.
We have agreements with DHL and TNT for fast air shipping, which lets us get lower shipping costs. The delivery time with air shipping is usually 5-7 days.
On large quantities shipping cost is high, and we also offer shipping by truck all over Europe.Sea shipping requires date booking for shipping, which must be made in advance. The costs for sea shipping and shipping by truck is significantly lower on large orders, and is available only for large orders. The delivery time with shipping by truck to Europe is usually 7-10 days. The delivery time with sea shipping is about 3-4 weeks.
When placing an order you should learn the customs requirements in your country. We cannot know the paperwork needed in your country, as well as customs fees. That research is the responsibility of a buyer.

Minimum order quantity
We accept private label soap orders with comparatively low minimum order quantities. Our MOQ for paper sleeves is 500 bars. Our MOQ for boxes is 3000 bars. You can order a mix of different soap types within that amount.
Stamping
We accept private label soap orders with stamping. To make the stamping we’ll need a stamp. You will need to provide us with a stamp vector file in CorelDraw (prefered) or PDF. Please, keep in mind, that less detailed vectors usually look better on soap. If you use any special fonts on the stamp, please, don’t forget to send the fonts to us as well.
We can make a stamp in Turkey. The cost of a stamp depends on the vector you would like to use for the stamp. Please, send us an email to info@alsanaturalsoapbars.com, specify your location for the currencies and attach a picture of the stamp, so we could learn the stamp cost for you. The stamp will be needed to make only once, and it could be used for your first and all the future orders.

Custom orders
Currently we offer palm oil free and with palm oil customization, as well as fragrance free customization. Please, contact us, with a detailed description of the customization, so we could understand, if we can make it for you.
Samples
You can order soap samples before placing an order. We ship samples worldwide with TNT and DHL. The delivery time is usually 3-5 days.

You can order any of our standard soap types as samples. To order samples, please, send us an email to info@alsanaturalsoapbars.com with the list of soap types for samples and your location. We will send the samples within 3 days after the payment is received.

How to place an order
To place an order, please, send us an email to info@alsanaturalsoapbars.com with the list of soap types and amounts for each soap type, as well as your location. Specify if you are interested in our standard natural soap or its palm oil free version. Also, specify if you want soap with fragrance or fragrance free.
That way we’ll agree about the final cost, and we’ll start the production after the 50% prepayment.
Payment
We accept payments for orders and samples with a bank transfer via Wise. We’ll send the payment details by email after we discuss the details or an order or samples.
PayPal does not operate in Turkey, unfortunately, and we don’t accept payments with PayPal.
